1. Making a request

To ask for a cancellation or refund, email prabayoga@gmail.com from the address you used to register. Include your full name, the course or class you booked and, for online payments, your PayPal Order ID.

2. Cancellation by you

Whether a refund applies, and how much, depends on how far ahead of the start date you cancel and on the course or class booked. The school will confirm the refundable amount in writing after receiving your request.

Registration deposits and any non-refundable amounts stated on the course page at the time of booking are not refunded unless the school agrees otherwise.

3. Cancellation by the school

If the school cancels a course or class, you may choose a new date or a full refund of the amount you paid for it.

4. Missed sessions and early departure

Fees are not refunded for sessions you miss or if you leave a course early, unless the school agrees otherwise in writing.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. PayPal's and your bank's processing times and any currency-conversion differences are outside the school's control.

6. Disputes

If you have a concern about a payment, please contact the school first so we can resolve it quickly.
