Praba Yoga School

1. Booking and registration

Submitting an application form, and paying where online payment is chosen, is a request to reserve a place. A place is confirmed once the school has acknowledged your application and received any payment due.

You confirm that the information you give in the form is accurate and complete.

2. Fees and payment

Course, class and training fees are shown on the relevant page of this website. Online payments are taken through PayPal in the currency shown at checkout. Direct payments are made as instructed by the school after you apply.

Bank, card and currency-conversion charges made by your own bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

3. Health and personal responsibility

Yoga involves physical activity. You confirm that you are in good health, or that you have consulted a doctor, and that you will tell your teachers about any injury, medical condition or pregnancy before practising.

You take part at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own limits.

4. Conduct

Students are expected to respect teachers, other students and the school's premises, timetable and guidelines. The school may ask a student to leave a course or class if their behaviour disrupts others or breaks school rules.

5. Changes and cancellation by the school

The school may change schedules, teachers or venues where necessary. If the school cancels a course or class, you will be offered a new date or a refund of the amount paid for that course or class.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued to students who complete the full requirements of the relevant course, including attendance, practice and any assessment set by the school.

7. Photography

Photos or videos may be taken during courses for the school's use. If you do not want to be included, tell the school in writing before the course starts.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered in the school's Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

The school may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you apply is the one that applies to your booking.
